Currently, the user command is usable for creating and deleting users. But it is not usable for editing a user. It also does not set the language for the user.

This issue is to track progress on this

Why do we need this?

Currently it is impossible to change a user's password after creating. This must change. There is also a edit command in the autosuggestion for webcron:user
